A conservative neighbor who can't stand the noise of the practice sessions coming from Mr. Nuclear's church/studio is bent on destruction. But when he enters with an axe, Crackers attacks him with riffs from her 'ax'! In the end we see he's been converted to punkdom, much to the horror of his family.
